We offer domestic and international shipping through tracked Royal Mail services to give you peace of mind that your purchase is secure from dispatch to delivery. Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Wear Jewellery: Orders are typically processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-Made Jewellery: Please allow 3-5 working days for production 
  • Working Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

  • We ship across all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, except Northern Ireland.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be available at the checkout.

Shipping Options and Costs

Domestic Shipping

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. Costs are £4.20 per order.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Costs are £3.50 per order.
  • Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Delivery within 1 business day. Costs are £8.75 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on orders over £60 within the UK.

International Shipping

  • Royal Mail International Tracked: Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days to most destinations. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the Royal Mail website or via the link provided in the email.

Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 1-3 working days from dispatch, depending on the shipping option selected.
  • International Orders: Typically delivered within 7-10 working days from dispatch, though this may vary depending on customs processing and destination country.

Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal delays, or holiday seasons. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist in tracking your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Sanctioned Countries: We do not ship to countries currently under UK sanctions or trade restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracked package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@whimsysteel.com so we could provide the assistance.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 2 working days of receipt. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is provided.
